How To Update Your Stripe Account Details
Update Your Account Information
To change your name, email, address, or other personal details on your connected account, you'll need to access Stripe through GoodChange. Logging into Stripe directly could result in updating the wrong account.
- Log in to your GoodChange account.
- Go to Campaign > Payouts > View All Payouts to access your connected Stripe account.
- Once Stripe opens, click the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
- Under Account Settings, click Business.
- Under Business, click Personal details (for your own information) or Business details (to update information about your organization).
- Update any fields you'd like to change, such as your legal name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home or business address, or tax ID.
- If you're updating your legal name or address, Stripe may ask you to verify the change by uploading a supporting document (such as a government-issued ID or proof of address). Follow the on-screen prompts to submit it.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
- Review the Personal details or Business details page to confirm your changes were saved successfully.
Note: Some changes, like your legal name or tax ID, may trigger a re-verification by Stripe. Payouts may be temporarily paused until verification is complete.
