How To Update Your Bank Account for Payouts

Your payouts go to the bank account connected to Stripe. To change it, open Stripe through GoodChange.

Important: Always open Stripe from GoodChange rather than logging in to stripe.com directly. This makes sure you edit the correct connected account and not an unrelated Stripe account.

1. Log in to GoodChange and click the Settings gear in the top bar.
2. Go to Settings → General → Payouts. Your current bank shows here by name and last four digits.
3. Click Edit on Stripe.
4. Once Stripe opens, click the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
5. Under Account Settings, click Business.
6. Under Business, click Linked External Accounts.
7. Click + Add account.
8. Choose your bank and enter your online banking login, or enter your routing and account number.
9. Select the accounts to link (checking, savings) and click Link Accounts.
10. To add another account, click Link another account. When finished, click Done.
11. Check the Linked External Accounts page to confirm the account was added.

Stripe handles your bank details. GoodChange never sees or stores them.

Settings → General → Payouts also shows your payout schedule and Next payout. Payout frequency depends on your plan: weekly on Standard, weekly or monthly on Growth, and daily, weekly, or monthly on Professional. See How to Switch from Manual to Automatic Payouts.
