How to Make a Donation on GoodChange

Welcome to GoodChange! Whether you found a fundraiser through a link a campaign sent you or discovered one on your own, the donation process is the same.

1. Go to goodchange.app/fundraisers to browse active fundraisers, or follow a direct link from a campaign.
2. Click on a fundraiser to land on its campaign page.
3. Click Donate to open the donation form.
4. Choose how much you'd like to give and fill out the required fields. Every field is required for reporting purposes, so please complete them all.
5. Want to donate as a guest? That's the default — just fill out your information and click Donate. You'll be asked to confirm a valid email for your receipt.
6. Want to help even more? You can choose to cover the small processing fee so 100% of your gift goes directly to the campaign. Just check the box on the form.
7. Choose whether you'd like your donation to appear publicly or stay anonymous on the campaign's page.
8. Click Donate, then leave an optional message of encouragement for the campaign.

Important note on anonymity: If you're donating to a candidate or PAC, your contribution will be reported to the appropriate governing body as required by law. The anonymous option only affects how your name appears on the GoodChange platform — it does not affect legal reporting.
