Reports with Custom Inputs

Pulling Reports with Custom Inputs


**Pulling reports with custom information is quick and simple! **


  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Dashboard" and then > Generate Report (upper left)
  3. Near the bottom of the reporting module, select the "Donor Dynamic Inputs" you want to include
  4. Choose the desired reporting dates
  5. Click "Generate Report"


Please note - reports with custom inputs take slightly longer to create. A download will be available once the report is created, and we'll also email you a copy if you need to step away.



Printing Receipts


If your reporting requirements include printed donation receipts with custom inputs, please follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Financial" and then "Transactions" to open your transactions feed
  3. **Click the desired transaction, and then click "Print Receipt" **
  4. You'll go to the receipt page, and will have the option to download a PDF there.
