How to cancel a recurring contribution
Recurring donors are incredibly important, and when they need to cancel their contribution, it's for a good reason. Cancelling a donation should be easy, private, and fast. Here's how to do it on GoodChange.
Log in to your account at www.goodchange.app
Navigate to your dashboard and click "Monthly" or "Spare Change." Any active donation will show a green "Active" tag.
Click the active donation to open the subscription page. At the bottom, click "Cancel Monthly" or "Cancel Spare Change"
Click "Confirm", and you'll see a green banner telling you - you were successful!
