# Find and filter contributors

Everyone who gives to your organization is under **Contributors**. Use views, search, a date range, and filters to find the people you're looking for.

### Open your contributors

Click **Contributors** in the left menu. The list shows each person's:

- **Contributor**: their name
- **Email**
- **Description**
- **Created**: when they were added
- **Total spend**: what they've given in total

### Pick a view

- **All:** everyone.
- **Top:** your biggest contributors.
- **First time:** first-time contributors.
- **Recurring:** people with a recurring contribution.
- **With refunds:** people with refunds. See "Refund a contribution".
- **With disputes:** people who have disputed a payment. See "Respond to a dispute".

### Narrow the list

1. Type in **Search name or email** to find a person.
2. Set a **Date range**.
3. Click **Filters** to narrow the list further.

To search the whole workspace, use the search at the top of any page, or press **Cmd+K** (Mac) or **Ctrl+K** (Windows). It finds contributors, forms, and candidates.

### Possible duplicates

If GoodChange finds contributors who may be the same person, a banner at the top of the list says how many there are. Click **Review** to go through them. See "Merge duplicate contributors".

### Related tasks

- Bring in supporters from a file: click **Import** at the top right. See "Import contributors from a CSV".
- Email a group: build a segment under **Marketing → Audience segments**.
- Get a downloadable list: use the **Contributors** or **Contributor list** report under **Reporting**.
