Time to create a campaign! A campaign is simply a group of actions performed to generate a particular result. On GoodChange, a "campaign" is what we call an organization's entire fundraising operation.

| Who can create campaigns? Anyone! Running for office? You qualify. Working for a campaign or advocacy organization & have permission to set up fundraising software? You qualify too! And, marketing or management consultants and agencies can create campaigns for each of their clients, as many as needed.

Now, creating a campaign:

Make sure you are logged in at www.goodchange.app.
Click 'Add Campaign.'
Provide the needed information for your campaign including campaign name, primary email, phone, type of campaign, and your location.
Click "Continue". Congrats! You created your first campaign!

Next up? LINK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT and verify your ability to accept donations!

Level up your fundraising game on GoodChange! We value your time, so we're here to expedite the process and make it as easy as possible. First things first, create your account. Here's how:

| Please note - the required information must be an exact match to your organizational and banking paperwork. Also, have your EIN/TaxID, legal business name, and banking information ready to make the process as quick as possible.

Go to www.goodchange.app, click "Create an Account" at the top right
Provide your name and email address

|| Use an email you have immediate access to. We'll send a verification code to your email to open the account.

Enter the verification code & you're set! You have an account!

Link Your Bank + Verify Your Account

You're gonna raise so much money on GoodChange!! And we need to send that money to your bank.

Once you've created a campaign, you'll be prompted to connect a bank account by verifying it through Stripe.

|| This step can be completed at a later time by visiting the dashboard. You won't be able to access donations until your bank is connected and verified.

Log in, click the appropriate campaign in your dashboard, then click "Start Verification"

You'll be redirected to Stripe and will see a message that says, "Level Wins partners with Stripe to provide secure donations."

| WHO IS LEVEL WINS? Level Wins is GoodChange's parent company. As we expand our services, this is an easy way for us to share administrative services across our platforms.

Follow the instructions to verify your bank account through Stripe. You will need the following information: -Location -Type of Business -Legal Business Name -Your DOB -PHYSICAL street address -Last four of your SSN -Phone number -Online banking credentials OR routing & account numbers

Do you have an EIN? if so, you'll likely be classified as a non-profit. If you are an LLC, pick "Company" when asked to provide your business type. If you are operating without an EIN, you will need to sign up as an "Individual" for business type.

What does "Anonymous" mean on the donation form?

We're always looking for ways to deepen engagement between donors and their beneficiaries, and what better way than to leave a note of encouragement? We give these donors the ability to stay private on the web while still providing campaigns with all of the necessary information for reporting purposes.

"Anonymous" on the donation form means that the donor's name won't show publicly on the beneficiary's page. Here's how it looks to the donor as they are making the donation:

Create Tracking Links for Fundraisers and Events

Follow these steps to add as many marketing links as you want!

Log in. In your dashboard, click "Marketing" and then click "Links"
Click "Add Link"
Fill out the relevant form fields
Click "Add Marketing Link" and you're done!
Click "Ready to Share"
Then paste the link where ever you want it to go!

Create Fundraisers and Events

Start a Fundraiser

Time to create your first Fundraiser! Fundraisers are the core marketing tool GoodChange provides, and they are SUPER flexible.

You can create a general form, an event, a merchandise form, and more. The sky is the limit with our flexibility!

Here's what you'll do:

Log in to your account, and click on the appropriate campaign.
Within the campaign dashboard, click "Manage"
If you're launching a general form, click "Fundraiser"
If you're launching an event, and want to collect RSVPs and define ticket amounts, click "Event"
Fill out required information
Hit Publish
Copy the URL/Marketing Link, and send it out!

Hot Tip: Your fundraiser cover photo should be sized at 1920 x 1005, or the same size as a Facebook Event Cover. These images are "responsive," so they will shrink or get larger depending on the size of the viewer's screen. Once you've published a form, please check to make sure you are happy with its appearance. If not, you can adjust the design, swap the graphic, and save your changes. Easy peasy!
